Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the public PIS website and the PIS Platform admin tools. The separate PIS Core engineering application may have different workflows, accounts and technical processing.

Quote and contact requests may include name, company, email, phone, country, project type, product or category interest, message content, selected product family, selected variant code, selected variant specifications and source page URL.

Admin accounts include email address, password hash, assigned roles, permissions, active status, session expiry, session timestamps and, where available, IP address and user-agent details for session security. Product, media and document management records may include uploaded file metadata, alt text, captions, replacement status and audit details.

PIS uses submitted inquiry details to respond to requests, evaluate technical needs, prepare quotations, manage catalog content, protect admin access, maintain audit records and operate the website.

The platform does not currently implement online checkout, public pricing transactions, behavioral advertising, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking.

Platform data is stored in the configured PostgreSQL database. Product documents and media may be stored in the configured object storage service. Quote notification email can use a configured SMTP provider; if email delivery is not configured, the inquiry remains stored for authorized follow-up.

Inquiry, catalog, audit and admin records are retained only as long as needed for business, operational, security or legal purposes. PIS should define final retention periods before production launch.

Admin passwords are stored as hashes, admin sessions use opaque tokens with server-side hashes, protected API actions require server-side permission checks, and production cookies are configured for HTTPS-only delivery. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
